Hey guys (: I recently have been wanting to lose some weight, but I wanted to have a cleaner, healthier diet that wasn't extremely confusing and exhausting, after some research I had found that, that is basically, what the Asian diet is. It seems to be very healthy and such, which I am jealous of, compared to my extremely Murica fast food potato chip diet. Now I wanted to buy more food to have Asian cuisine, now I know, I know, loading up on rice with butter and salt will not help me, I'm not going to do that! I hope I'm not offending anyone with this. Anywho, I was trying to find foods, a grocery list, to buy to start, but I'm coming short with the words fish and rice and it's kind of frustrating being that I'm allergic to fish, so if anyone could help me with a grocery list that would be extremely helpful, thank you (:
(P.S please don't try to get butt hurt by this, I personally really wish America had more of the diet style of Asia, and I just [wish I knew what to buy so I can get some ideas, thank you (: )

Remember the produce aisle is your best friend. Tons of vegetables like carrots, sugar snap peas, cabbage, spinach, broccoli ect. Then I head to the "Asian" section for sauces and spices to liven it up(be careful some contain fish). Then throw in a lean protein like pork loin or chicken and you have a great Asian inspired meal.
