"Put that goddam pizza down and go for a run"
But seriously, I'd probably tell myself to not sweat the small stuff and just let life happen. Life is sweet!0 -
Love yourself...you are beautiful, and worth it.0
-
"what other people think of you, is none of your business"0

You are NOT fat, you're just filling out. You're going to look back on pictures and kick yourself for thinking you're fat!
Pay closer attention to nutrition so that later in life, you'll find a healthy relationship with food like you have now.0 -
It's not okay to eat chocolate for breakfast lol0
-
lighten up, laugh more, open a CrossFit gym0

Don't waste time loving people who don't care about you. Stop eating without limits, just eat when you're hungry. You are loved.0

Don't hide your porn stash in the Cluedo box!!0

I would tell myself that things are going to get really hard for quite a while and that I shouldn't use food for comfort.0

I feel like my 14 year old self was almost exactly the person I am today at 38. It's that 16 year old self who needs advice LOL0
-
Repeat what I did.....It was awesome!0

Stop convincing yourself you're fat at 110 lbs. You don't know what fat is until you're 28!0
-
it won't make you go blind0
-
You are not fat! No matter how much you think you are because you are not size 2 and have a perfect flat stomach. Love yourself! Love who you are!0
-
Push yourself socially and academically. Live outside of your comfort zone. Don't get sucked in by the mean girls.0
-
Don't starve yourself, love yourself and focus on studying.0
-
What's happening to you is emotional abuse. It isn't right, it isn't fair but above all it isn't your fault. And don't wait until your 40's before you cut them out of your life.0

Nothing about fitness. I was active in just about every sport back then. Now I would like to give a LOT of advice about the fairer sex. Shy quiet guys in high school (even athletes) don't do that well with the ladies.0

Don't suffer because of pride, perfection is not realistic or achievable.0
-
You are beautiful and you are not fat, but FFS stop the eating insanity now!0
-
In the real world being thin and attractive is one of the most important things in life. If you don't change your attitude to food and fitness now, before it's too late, you will be miserable.0

Be picky about boys. Very picky. Otherwise keep being your weird self...it paid off. :-)0

Stay the heck out of the dugout with that boy, and don't date until AFTER high school.0

Self... Lock your door so mom doesn't walk in on you uhhhh you know...0

When that boy asks you to the school dance...say no!!!0

If you like a girl just go talk to her. Have a normal conversation. Ask her out if it goes well. Be your goofy, slightly awkward, funny, intelligent self. It's really not that big of a deal. Rejection is not the end of the world. The worst thing that can happen is you will learn something for the next one. Also, trying really hard to be part of the "cool crowd" is a waste of time and ends up not meaning much after high school. Appreciate the great friends you already have. Just wait and see how some of those "cool" people end up anyway.
Damn, I wish I wasn't so shy back then!!!0 -
You are not fat! You are active, athletic, and healthy. Continue to stay active so you don't have over 100 pounds to lose in anther 30 years. In 3 years, your life is going to be turned upside down. Don't turn your back on the support of family and friends. They really are looking out for you and want to help you get through it.0

Use vinegar on your acne, it really works! And, stop being so mopey and moody!0
