i am 62 and have battled my weight my entire life. It does not help that I take medications that can induce weight gain.

Glad to hear I am not alone with yoyoing (is that a word LOL). Why is it that when we reach our goal weight and we are so happy with how we look and feel but let it slide all downhill "again"?0
