    - I read this, made a kick *kitten* playlist, and after that all trips to the gym have been like an awesome montage in my own James-Bond-esque film. It also makes the treadmill agreat deal more fun!

    For more inspiration during weight loss, go to google and type in "before and after weight loss", click images. The photos are amazing and the reason why it inspires me is because if these people can make that big of a difference in their bodies, I can too. I want to be on that Google Wall of Fame, to inspire someone else just like me.
