I found a work out program, but I have no idea how to log it. Half of the exercises aren't on here. I do each days exercise all at once. Is this where a heart rate monitor comes into use? Or is there a good site with a calculator? It would be nice to have an idea what I'm burning. Thanks in advance for any help!

Those exercises are considered calisthenics, so log the total number of minutes as calisthenics under Cardiovascular.0
