I did it again! I lost 2 more pounds this week!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I am beyond excited about this! I had to come on here and post right away, because all of you are so helpful and supportive. I seriously could not be doing this without you all. 4 pounds total lost may not seem like a lot, but to me, doing this on my own for the first time, its HUGE!
Thank you all! Keep it up and don't give up!

You know what...it is extremely exciting! It's like losing 2 pounds of butter, YUK! Next thing you know you will have lost 20 pounds. A few of us girls have been with myfitnesspal since I believe middle of January, and each of us have lost between 7 and 20 pounds. Of course it all depends on where you started at, and how much weight you have set to lose in a week. So, keep on trucking and you will get there, 1 or 2 pounds at a time!!

Next thing you know you will have lost 20 pounds.

Oh believe me, you'll KNOW when you've lost 20 pounds. I'm trying NOT to obsess and check the scale every day, but I'm giving in...

2.5 pounds to go to the big 2-0 for me.

I've found that making interim goals helps. So while 20 pounds is a good round number for a good round guy, there are other goals and milestones ahead. One day at a time, and one goal at at time.
