I weighed in this morning at 316lbs. I started exercising and changing my eating habits about 14 months ago when I was 407lbs. I'm looking or new nutrition tips. I do T25 workouts.

    Hey Troy - thats an amazing loss in about a year!! I've just started the T25 - 3rd week in and done. I've just put batterys in my polar watch so that I can work out how many calories I burn in the half hour... watch this space!!
