I need a toning routine, help.

So, I'm at the skinny-fat mark and I could really use some help creating a solid toning routine. Of course I want to tone my entire body, if you could help me construct this that'd be amazing.

if you are a true beginner, just adding more weight (2 to 5lbs) to the bar each week for each exercise will be enough to see progress.
i did starting strength 3x5 when i first started out, but it's squatting 3 times a week so i dont care for it too much for beginners. i would recommend you find something that appeals to you. here's an idea of a balanced full body routine that is good and also gives you some freedom to choose some exercises that you like to add:
