That is a good goal and very achievable, before I had my son Id list 12.6 stone. Since I've started Saturday I've lost 2.5 kg. I know it's just water but it's a massive step in the right direction x

My son is now 5 months, and I didn't benefit from the breastfreeding weight burner.
I have found an app though that is great for planning meal times SMART RECIPES.
Do you ladies have any tips advice. Or even rants?!

    Goodnight from south west England

Mom of a 3 y/o, (gained 30lbs, lost about 40) and now 19 weeks pregnant with #2. Doing things the right way, staying on top of my fitness and and diet. Only gained 3 pounds so far, hoping to only gain about 15 total. (I'm very small, so it's a reasonable goal)
