    This 100%. When I was working, it was before and after, because chemicals. LOL! Now I do it in all public restrooms.

    Don't pity party. Disappointment comes sometimes when you put yourself out there, but it's still worth it! I'd get drinks with you right now <3 But, imagine, once you lose the weight the ladies will be CLAMORING even more. Don't let other people demotivate you; you're doing this for yourself!
