    Weigh-in today....231.8!:smile: Still a long way to go! Wow, my weight loss journey is long, I have been doing this for 125 days (since January). I am just happy to see the numbers go down but I am noticing it is getting more difficult! I thought it is supposed to get easier!:frown:

    I don't know why I am self sabotaging, but I am and I can see it and my brain is saying eat, eat, eat!!!
