I'm so excited to be back! I used MFP 3yrs ago lost 60 lbs and was maintaining. I had a bad injury to my shin during vacation in Jamaica this year as a result I've been bed ridden since October gaining weight

  • Hope u feel better and up to a challenge. Im new to mfp. I had lost over 100 lbs a couple yrs ago from 331 down to 206 and now back up to 269..trying to lose some back off. add me if youd like :)

    Wow I hope to reach a goal like that, let's motivate each other! I m feeling much better I'm starting with two weeks of walking and low impact aerobics and work my way back to my advanced stuff. I'm so ready! Thanks for the request!
