Hi my name is Sandra and I really need to lose weight.Im getting so depressed . I exercise when I can and do the calorie counting and keep a food log. Can I find any suggestions out there please?

Do your diary a day in advance. I find doing this I stick to it and don't have to think of things to snack on etc. Goodluck0
