    I just read your story and saw your transformation photos and your success is very motivating. It's some times hard to relate to people who have a lot smaller weight loss goal. But I can see the wonderful results you have achieved and I'm starting to believe it is possible for me. Thank you.

    Agreed! My fitness pal is a great app. Well done. I've gone from 156kg to 84kg it's no easy task.
