    Was 114kg now 90kg... I have another 14kg to go.. Slow and steady has been my way, looking for others to go through this journey of leaving weight behind and transforming into healthier versions of ourselves :)

    Started at 120kilos on August 7 - down to 104 - would LOVE some support. Loving hitting the gym & eating good food (both a shock to me quite frankly!!). Wanting to get strong and look good - not necessarily thin. :)

    My goals are to get rid of that belly fat and get to 77kg (ish) and I'm getting there with about 5kg to go. The weight target is my personal goal as I had a proper health assessment last year and they actually said my weight is ok but they said I needed to lose a few cm off my stomach so I guess that's my big goal as the professionals have given me that one.

    My exercise goals are to have at least two proper fitness sessions a week while ensuring I do lots of extras on the other days like walking the long way to places to increase my step count.
