Hi all. I have a dangerous sweet tooth and I think this article may help me with that:

Starting tomorrow, I am going to stop seeking out sugar! If I fall off track, I will re-read all 146 reasons, mark my words!

I understand and appreciate the need for sugar for our workouts, but when we have excess floating around it can do so much harm.0

I tend to be fairly skeptically about sugar being evil, my personal belief/experience is that if you're active and burn it off sugar is fine. So from the way I look at it Inactivity is evil.
That being said, reading this article with my skeptical eye, I'm reminded that wood from a tree CAN cause severe bruising, bone fractures, severe brain damage, and even death . . . If made into a bat and swung at your head by a crazy person. Too many "cans" in there and not enough "does" for my taste.0
