My first day on here. I work out lots but lack in my nutrition. Figured I'd try this to be accountable and see how much over I am going in calories. Just not losing the weight

Accountability has worked for me, keep accurate records and see where the calories are coming from0

Watching the calories add up has made a HUGE impact on the way I eat. As long as you stay truthful in your logging, you will see very quickly what things are causing you the most problems...0
