Hello, I'm new to fitness pall, new to calorie counting period. Is it really possible to lose weight by simply following this plan? I'm only on a 4 day streak and hitting my mark. Can someone share their success please.

    Yes its very possible. Go through the success story section and read all the stories. Get yourself a food scale, weigh and measure everything that you consume, and you'll be fine. Eat at a deficit and you'll lose weight.

    I don't consider this "a diet". For me, it's been more about changing the way I look at eating and paying more attention to being active. The calorie counting is more just helping me remember not to slip into old/bad habits if I can avoid it.
