When it come to macros, I really struggle with fibre. So, ever few months I make an attempt to up my fibre. Inevitably I end up bloated and gaining weight (take today for example). Is that actually weight gain or is water retention? Do I really need so much fibre?

It's water. Try to be more consistent with your fiber daily and this won't happen.0

Thanks - it makes me crazy (and then not want to eat more fibre...).0
