5" 7 woman size 10

Hi guys. As you can see from the title I'm a tall-ish woman weighing 10 stone 10 and a size 12. After being in a 3yr relationship I've put on about a stone and a half. I'm not fat but where I got lazy I've grown a few stretch marks on the inside of my thighs and my belly is bloating out. What's the best way to lose about a stone and go back to a size 8?

    Making daily changes in your diet, paying attention to what (and how much) you are eating is the most important thing and then find an activity that you enjoy and will be able to stick to - or switch it up whenever you get bored. Eat better, move more and have patience.

    Hi Amber! You and I sound very similar! Being in a relationship has made it too easy to gain weight without noticing. I've started realizing that I emulate the eating habits of my fiancé and since he is almost a foot taller than me, that is NOT okay haha. Do you eat like your partner?

    Yes I started eating larger portions plus he LIVES takeaway which I never used to eat!
