Hi
So tonight i was doing my workout DVD for the first time in forever! and i got pain in my lower legs at the side - does anyone know what this could be?
I am also 230lbs so greatly overweight and was thinking if i am too heavy just now for bouncy cardio exercises?
thanks

My first thought is what kind of shoes are you wearing?? A GOOD pair of workout shoes can make all the difference.
If you have good shoes already, maybe just try and take it slow on the DVD. Eventually you'll be able to do the whole thing with no pain!
Good luck!!0 -
thanks i have shoes fitted for me by a running shop - i also have dance trainers but none made any difference0

Try stretching them hourly for 30 seconds, and right before exercising too. Here is how:

What shoes do you have? And what's the DVD?
