Help!

Today I've had some kind of rice and chicken to lunch, salmon with a tomato sauce and fries(home grilled in the oven) for dinner, blueberry and raspberry smoothie with quark and an egg white omelet for snacks. I need to eat something before I go to sleep later on but what should I eat to balance out this??? It would be lovely if you could help me :)

Btw: I have around 500 calories left today
