The Art of Losing Weight: For Me

Hello All!

I just wanted to give an introduction to how I'm doing my journey.

I started my lifestyle journey in May of 2013. From then to now I have lost a total of 20lbs. When I first started my journey it was strictly a diet change and then in August I started working out. I cut out junk food, fast food, beef and pork when I first started. I also drank smoothies everyday for breakfast and started eating in color. People have been asking me how and that's how I started dropping pounds, and that's how I've maintained my weight loss. When exercising I don't rely on the machines too much because the machines are restricting. Do some hardcore workouts without machines and you will see and feel the difference.
