just getting started about 8 days now this is really difficult however since i cant shake white bread from my diet. i usually have a decent 900 remaining however i hope thats good enough for now. im jamaican btw!!

How many days a week are you working out/doing cardio?0

oh hey um i do cardio high intensity interval training 20 minutes 4 days a week, go to the gym to do another fat burning work out 2 days a week, i do around 100 push ups daily, try to get in some chair dips as well.0
