Check out The Gossip "Standing in the way of control". Their music really gets me going.

I like a lot of current music, so my list might not be too mind-shattering lol

    *Let It Rock-Kevin Rudolf
*Uprising and Our Time is Running Out-both by Muse
    *Lots of songs by Rihanna
    *Anything by Lady GaGa...
    *Backseat-New Boyz
*Oh No and Shampain-Both by Marina and the Diamonds

Honestly, a good way to find "exercise" worthy songs of slower songs you may like is by googling for techno verions of them :)

    Can I post a few?

    At the moment...
Born This Way - Lady Gaga - especially great for spinning
J LO - Get on the floor - makes me wanna bust into some Tracy Anderson style aerobics!
And anything Lady Gaga, PCD or Nicole Sherzinger (won't be spelt right but you know who I mean)

    And the cheesey classics...
Salt n Peppa - Push It
    Sinetta - So Macho
Dead or Alive - You Spin me Right Round

Go with punk music, the beat is amazing. As for my number one band to run and work out to, check out The Rebel Spell. A punk band out of Vancouver. Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

Kind of old songs, but I like "Let's Get It Started" by Black Eye Peas, almost anything dance-y by Michael Jackson, "Buttons" by *****cat Dolls.
