    Heavy lifting has been my road to a flatter stomach! There's about 18months between these pics. During which I lifted heavy, ran occasionally, kept a small deficit and focused mainly on protein intake :smiley:

    I'm still a work in progress but between these pictures i have lost about 27 lbs at 5'6.5

    and my fiance has lost about 65 lbs between these two pictures and is still losing

    400+ to 249, 250 was my original goal but now I'm not sure when I'll be done. I FEEL SO GOOD!

    I started at 378 pounds, and the second image is right around 299.

    You can get to 190 and even lower. I saw.a guy who was over 300 and got to 175
