Heavy lifting has been my road to a flatter stomach! There's about 18months between these pics. During which I lifted heavy, ran occasionally, kept a small deficit and focused mainly on protein intake

400+ to 249, 250 was my original goal but now I'm not sure when I'll be done. I FEEL SO GOOD!

This is a before and a in progress.
I started at 378 pounds, and the second image is right around 299.
I really needed this post today! I love all of the before and afters. It's really inspiring!

You can get to 190 and even lower. I saw.a guy who was over 300 and got to 1750 -
