Started this today and was surprised that I managed it. I actually enjoyed it. Has anyone else used this app with positive results ?

    Yes! I started using it last August. Sticking with the plan (not doing more or less than indicated) has kept me injury-free. I went straight from it into the app for a half marathon, which I'm running this weekend!! Stay with it. You'll do great!!

    I started this 3 years ago. I have run continually since then. I never thought I'd be a runner. Couch 2 5k taught me otherwise. Good luck.

    I used it two years ago to start running. I'm four weeks into a marathon plan at the moment.

    Started this in 2013. Could never run even 1/2 a mile nonstop before. Now can comfortably run long distance and enjoy it. Training for a 1/2 in March. Regularly like to run 6-10 miles 3x per week when not preparing for a race. Who knew?!
