My app won't let me zoom in on anyones profile pick or see anyones profile for some reason so I can't see your challenge :(

Is there a special reason to spend all that time doing these? IMHO, why not add some weighed squats and reduce the counts by 95%? I'd be the results would be similar if not better

agreed. the advice was good. bodyweight squats will get you pretty much nowhere - just another fitness fad.

Yeah, though doing some as a beginner are great. However, a beginner probably shouldn't be doing this challenge as it is useless.

If building endurance in the legs is the goal here, have at it. It doesn't do much more than that.

Some of us are real BEGINNING beginners. Add weights? At this point, you gotta be joking!
