Keep at it. That is all. How about dropping carb intake by 25g every day? play with your diet, then play with your cardio etc etc0

Do you weigh at the same time every week??
I weigh once a week at the exact same time on the same scale and in the same fashion. Don't get discouraged. One of the posts said something like even if you don't lose every week, your STILL doing great things for yourself and your health.
I have 2 pounds to get to my goal. There were weeks that I didn't lose, but I KEPT ON KEEPING ON!!!!0 -
