@w33bl3 - Not saying you are but it has happened. I think it's a tactic that women use to get guys to like them. Eventually, the truth does come out and they end up choking on their words (pun intended).0

I think the paleo diet is BS pseudoscience. However, my eczema, intestines, and BM's have really been much more pleasant since being on it. (Personally, I think a big part of that though is because it has helped me eliminate foods that were making me feel like crap. But if it works..)0

Interestingly the University of Cape Town have distanced themselves from Tim Noakes (author of the Real Meal Revolution). Noakes is a Professor there. My brother-in-law is a medical doctor and he says that it has short term benefits but is not healthy in the long term.0
