Hi everyone,
I am on Week 4 of C25K and noticing that when I run, I'm getting knee pain on the insides of my knees. I haven't done a C25K workout yet this week, but even as I'm walking I notice a slight pain.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
L.

I would add that you should learn how to do squats properly and do them. It will help resolve a lot of your problems. First though, back off the running. Pain is an indication of over use and you do not want to have greater problems later on. Switch to brisk walks while you work on get the knee issue resolved.0 -
Thank you so much for providing this link and information. I will do just that.0
