Books: What's Your Go-To Books for Health & Fitness?

Options
With the tons of articles, magazines, and fads telling you what diet/fitness regiment you should do, I thought we could share what books Never let us down!

I found my go-to book 10 years ago...and when I tried other fads that let me down I always ended up re-reading this classic ...Fit for Life II - April 5, 1989 by Harvey & Marilyn Diamond. One key point that was hard for me to swallow but I admit it worked for me was NOT eating before Noon, only water, fruit. I think they also suggest not eating meals after 6pm, but Im still working on that!lol But I do notice when I stick to the No-Meal-B4-Noon plan I do see quicker results.

What's your Go-To book? :)

Les brown , td jakes, tony robbins all have amazing books to read. Though dont directly adress diet per say. However, they address motivation and making the most of your life!
