Around this time last year, I was more than 200 pounds wearing a size XL1 / 16 in women's clothing.

Today, I'm 170 lbs wearing a size L / 12 (on the verge of 10)...and still losing more weight and clothing size.

At a miserable job where I worked 14-16 hours a day (and I was salary!) which resulted in me gaining 30 pounds in 18 months (and I already needed to lose 30 pounds). I left that job exactly 3 months ago and work at an amazing job and have been slowly getting things back to normal. I've been back on MFP for 30 days and have lost 8 pounds.

I was regretting my lack of activity and license to eat what I wanted over the holidays. I had put on 7 pounds that were part of the 20 I worked so hard to lose.

    Not this year though!!

I was 90 lbs heavier ... and my knees were in constant pain.
Today, I'm not running marathons, but I'm way healthier and happier.

One year ago today I was....over 226 pounds, maintained a sedentary lifestyle, wore clothes that showed my ever wiggly belly and muffin top, and was blind to what life really COULD be as a healthy and active person. I STILL think my transformation is incredible and I shake my head when I look at pictures of me now and compare to what I looked like before...just incredible! Can't wait to see what I look like in ANOTHER year! (I am currently 180, and looking to lose 10-20 more pounds...10 for sure, but 20 would be my ideal!)....for point of reference, I'm 5'9.5" tall.

I was 232.3 pounds. In a size 20 in jeans, XL in shirts, XL in loose pants.

I'm now 163.2 pounds. In a size 10 jeans, small in shirts, medium in loose pants.

I had also recently quit smoking this time last year. Now it's been over a year since I quit :)

I was celebrating my 5 pound weight loss from 215 to 210. Going to the chiropractor once a week for back issues.

Now, I'm 172 pounds and I haven't had the need to go to the chiropractor's office in 8 months.

Starting a New job, heaviest I've been in my life, with knees hurting to go up the single flight of stairs and being out of breath as I was introduced to the company owner! Great First impression.

After 6 months, I started my transformation. I'm down 30 lbs, going to the gym, and now I know what I'm doing at work? Well maybe still working on the work part.
