My goal would be 60 pounds from my weight at the beginning of the year, so about another 52... ultimately, I would like my arms to get stronger, my lungs to have better capacity and have the ability to run (I've never been a runner, but I see people running and I'm envious...)
I felt this way just a few weeks ago. Just start running. Really. You will be chastened by how little ground you cover before you're winded but that's okay.0 -

If you mean, how many pounds WILL I lose in 2015, then the answer is: at least 50... That's right... I WILL lose it!
FYI- For anyone who is curious, today is 1/29/15, and there are 48 wks left in 2015. If you want to calculate your goal for the end of the year:
1 lbs a week= 48 lbs by New Years Eve
1.5 lbs a week= 72 lbs by New Years Eve
2 lbs a week= 72 lbs by New Years Eve
I definitely wouldn't shoot for more than that...0 -
