Hi,
I am on a low carb diet, 20-25g daily. Anyone else doing this and taking Garcinia Cambogia? Specifically the 80% HCA with Potassium?? If so, whats your success???

  • The studies on Garc are inconclusive. It may help a little.

Nope studies are very conclusive - they don't work on humans (soz).

On the plus side, they are safe to take.

As long as you are in a calorie deficit on your LCHF diet, you will see results.

    Good luck OP

garc is basically more expensive and less effective caffeine, low carb works really well for me but if you are going to do it for a long time make sure and up your fats - people will run into the problem of doing high protein and low fat/low carb, when high fat, moderate protein and low carb is actually more sustainable - just MHO though
