    Stick wit your calorie goal and get 30 minutes of exercise 5-6 days a week and it should work. Add me if you need a friend.

    Thanks am excessing 2 to 3 times a week losing about 7 lbs. a month but not putting it back on so I feel like I am gaining I was 274 9/2014 at my highest now at 248 Really want to do this. GOD and I are having nice quiet time on now 3 mile walks. Just get antsy when scale doesn't move
