fitness apps

What other apps do you use for your fitness journey? I am looking for one that will tell me what to do that day. I have a gym membership at a local non chain gym.

    I use Fitocracy to track lifts, Runkeeper for running.

    As far as it telling you what to do on any given day, why? Do you not have things you like to do? Do a little research and find a program that will work for you based on your goals.

    What program are you on? Perhaps there's an app for that program/routine?

    Generically, I've used jefit and would recommend it.

    I am doing great with the C25K program and I am wanting to add more strength training but I don't know what to do.

    I use Fitocracy to track my workouts (and earn points :)) and I use mapmyrun for my runs in the summer

    for what to do, I would maybe look into programs like NROLFW or stronglifts 5x5 for lifting programs or YAYOG for bodyweight workouts OR C25k for running

    find what you enjoy doing and do it :)

    Stronglifts, or Starting Strength are both good starter programs.
