Any advice on how to stay on track after i backslide dieting

    Just always remember what was your original goal and find a bad picture of yourself. :D
    Eating wise - prepare meals and/or snacks beforehand.

    Try pre-logging your day.
  • Just take it one day at a time! Plan your meals out for the week on Saturday night and stick to it as much as possible! Also Pre-prep all of your meals on sunday, that way everything is ready to go for the week and you don't have time or any other emergency to blame on grabbing a quick bite of something terrible for you. Keep strong and log on! Keep your goals in sight and you will succeed!
