Finally committing to this, would love the support!

I've always just dabbled in working out and never kept track of my nutrition, but I've decided to be more mindful about what I eat and how i exercise. I'd love to share tips and encourage each other to be our best! I'm going to the gym 4-5x/week, running and power lifting. Still have a lot to learn in the weights arena.
