So I'm back after losing 30 lbs 2 years ago. I got married and we'll I've gained a whopping 40 lbs!! I need help

    Hey there I gotta lose 50 lbs too, lost 40 a few years ago but I gained it all back and more, my doctor said I'm in the morbid obesity range and I never want to hear that again >.<

    I have used mfp before and lost around 30 lbs, logging food and exercise definately helps, but I still have 50 to go. I'm hoping having friends with the same goal helps me as much as I can help them.

    Hey girl I'm on the same boat I lost 35 pounds got engaged moved in with my fiancé and gained 25 pounds back :( now I'm back to lose all this weight again and maybe a little more :) good luck on your journey!
