Hi everyone!
Some of us did a January challenge and it seems to have really helped a lot of people so I thought I'd start a February challenge. It doesn't matter if you didn't do January - everyone is welcome!!!
So, I'll basically copy the layout from January. If you want to join, just copy this and update every week. Here goes:

Can anyone tell me how to copy and paste on the iPhone? Would love to join. Thanks!
"Tap" where you want to copy, but instead of actually tapping hold your finger down for a second. It'll come up with a selection and the option to copy or paste (and some others). Move your cursors to get the entire section you want to copy, hit copy and then when you want to paste hold your finger down again and choose 'Paste'.

Wow!!!! Great response so far. Thanks everyone for joining in!!! Like I said - the January challenge really helped me. It's one of the reasons that I've lost 12lbs so far since Jan 1st!!!!
Really looking forward to this new challenge and seeing everyone achieve their goals!!!
