You are all welcome to this challenge and I'm delighted that everyone is feeling motivated and raring to go!!!     Struggles/successes this week: nursing student struggling with staying on track. I would like to get down 15 lbs by graduation. I could use the accountability.

    Great way to stay motivated and accountable! I didn't so much fall off the wagon over the past few months as much as completely pretend the wagon doesn't even exist. Luckily I only gained back about 5 pounds of the 25 I had lost last year.

    I have a goal to lose 50 pounds this year, which will put me right around my former "happy" weight, and averages out to about a pound a week, which is sustainable. I tend to lose more quickly when I initially start off logging calories and exercising, so I think 7 is reasonable for February.

    Struggles/successes this week: This past week has been tough. We found out 8 days ago my mother in law has esophageal cancer. She likely only has days or weeks left. It's been hard to stay motivated and not eat all the peanut butter pretzels in the house. I hope this challenge helps me get off my butt and make healthy eating choices.

    From last month: I managed to work out 6x a week every week and stay under my calories 93% of the time! So far so good! I hope!

    I took off the second occurrence of Feb 1st. Lol. I put my weight as of today because I got weighed before I donated plasma. That's how I get to find out my weight every week. I'll get more into format next week once I've got a week of February under my belt. :)

    Struggles/successes this week: had a really good week, even restrained myself while celebrating my daughters birthday, so I'm gutted to have stayed the same. I'm hoping it's totm related and I'll have a bigger loss next week :)

    Struggles/successes this week: I've had a good run in my first 3 weeks on MFP. They key here is keeping the momentum going. My March 1st goal weight is also my MFP goal weight, so if I succeed at this challenge I'll be hitting my original goal a month early. I think I can do it.
