How many calories do you all eat a day? I'm sedentary so just wondering... :)

    When I'm active (work 3 days a week for a few hours and weightlifting 3x), I can maintain my current weight on around 2300. Right now, I'm losing about .5 lb a week with no exercise at 1700 (and higher weekends). It'll depend on you. I'm 5'3.5" 118 lbs.

    I'd recommend trying to lose on add much add you can and take weight loss slow.

    I weigh 190 and go to the gym about 4-5 times a week. I'm losing a half lb a week at 2300 a day. I'll need around 2700 to maintain my weight
