I'm home alone. (kinda there are little ones here) Hubby is out of town for business. Some drunk guy just came to the door looking for a ride home. Dude gave me the creeps. Suddenly very much wishing I was not home alone. :-(

That's really creepy! Hmm perhaps call the cops for public intoxication?

Do you live in a city/apartment or a house? I'd never answer my door for a stranger.

True, but the job is sadly a dead end. One I thought would be a company to work for a long time and move up the ladder. I was lied to, unsurprisingly.

I'm watching the science channel, eating cinnamon toast crunch (I don't want to talk about that) and drinking gin. ha!

I have no life right now! I have to sit with my legs elevated, so my life exists in about 20 sq. ft...most days I don't leave my room except to go to the bathroom. I can't walk without a walker, and I haven't driven for over 2 years. I never get to go shopping, or even to the grocery store. I hate my life, that's why I joined MFP!,!!

At least you have the internet! Honestly, getting out is nothing special. You have to deal with stupid people, and most people here (in Atlanta) cant' drive.. so I just assume it's like that everywhere. You have an entire community of people online that can hang out with you! That's pretty awesome! =)

I didn't even want to go visit my boyfriend tonight. Too cold, and I worked later than normal and couldn't miss my OHP at the gym.

What do you mean ":("?! I'm at home doing nothing, & loving it. Weekends like this are what I live for! This is why Netflix was invented!

A little house in a quiet subdivision off the main roads. Nearest bar is at least 3/4 mile away. I probably shouldn't have answered but I know many of my neighbors and if one of them needed help I would want to do something.
