Struggles/successes this week: Have logged all foods for 5 days straight - In the past, ihave always been too busy to keep this up more thaba few days. Reminding myself that I am doing this for me, so honesty is 100% because there is no help in lying to myself about what I eat. Reminded myself that small failures are ok, as long as I keep getting back up and trying.
