Hi all,

I haven't been adding exercise yet but am looking to do some 30 minute workout DVDs at home a couple of times a week. How do I track this?

It depends on the dvd. If it centers around circuits I would track it as that. If there are a lot of pushup etc. calesthenics. I think the real challenge is not over tracking it. It is so dependent on the honor system. Just be honest with yourself. If you don't feel that you worked as hard or got as good a workout as other timws, change the calories. I do a lot with fitness dvds etc if you want to add me!
