Started loosing weight since 25 jan. And in a week lost almost 3 kgs. Wow.
above all without starving and crash dieting. ..I eat everything I love.

    Honestly it was 3 kgs.
    actually I have been on crash dieting in the pas2 and lost alot of weight but I realised it made me loose my energy and my strength.
    I was becoming agitated and mood swings kicked in.
    so I stopped. Now by this app I am having almost a normal eating routine and even cheat meals but still I did loose a whole 2.5 kg in a week :)

    I lost about 5 lbs the first week - think it's from going to healthier foods instead of all the junk. the other loss hasn't been as much but I feel sooo much better!
