Best food scale EVER

I just recently got a new food scale. This scale measures in grams AND ounces (my old one didn't). But on top of that...it has given many common foods (around 1000) a "food code" that you can enter on the scale. Based on how much it weighs...it gives you an exact readout of all the nutritional information in your particular serving. Calories, fat, protein, carbs, fiber, sugar, sodium, and cholesterol. I have had a hard time know exactly how much a serving of leafy greens is. It says 1 cup but is that a PACKED cup or loose?? This lets you know exactly what you are ingesting.

    I'll get a food scale from Muscle & Strength when my Scivation whey (uggh) is done. I also want to get the new iso fuel from M&S but my tub still has like 3.5 lbs noooooo

    i have the SALTER Nutritional Scale and it works like yours and i love it too. Found it at ROSS for around fifteen dollar. GREAT BUY!
