Arm measurements

I am most self conscious about my arms, and before I worked out, I measured my arms being 10 inches, and now after almost a month of exercising and eating healthy, they're almost 11 inches. I'm getting very discouraged and don't know what to do to make it better. Advice would be greatly appreciated!

Muscle?
If it makes you feel better, my arms are 16 inches. :P0 -

Yes, likely that. Plus, it might depend on your body. Everyone loses weight differently. Your arms may be the last place where you lose fat.
I know this is the case with me, as well as with my stomach. When I lose weight, my neck and chest are usually the first to slim down, followed by my hips, butt, and legs. Stomach and arms are consistently the last to go. Keep up the good habits and you should receive results eventually0
