need a snack!

So i have 300 calories left for the day and ive already gone over in sugars and carbs...any snack suggestions?

    a nice filling snack is romaine lettuce wrap with turkey and spicy mustard

    Fat doesn't make you fat.
    Fat is good for keeping your body functioning, and keeping you fuller longer.
    My fat goal is around 70g a day, and I lose on that.

    No problem! I've been at this nearly a year, and had some misguided views towards weight loss/fat/ect when I first started here a few years ago in 2011. Perusing the forums this past year (for try number 2 or 3, haha) and losing weight the right way has taught me a bit! Keep an eye out here, and keep asking questions. :)
